About PDF Page Extractor
PixelCanvas Studio's PDF Page Extractor lets you create a new PDF containing only the pages you need. It is useful for pulling selected pages from reports, forms, manuals, presentations and other multi-page documents.
How to extract PDF pages
- Upload your PDF.
- Choose individual pages, a page range or all pages.
- Select the pages you want when using individual-page extraction.
- Enter a page range when using range extraction.
- Select Extract Pages.
- Review the extraction summary.
- Download the new PDF.
Individual pages and ranges
Individual page selection is useful when the pages you need are separated throughout a document. A range is convenient when the pages are consecutive, such as pages 5 through 12 of a report.
Extracting without changing the original
Page extraction creates a separate document. Your original PDF remains available to you, which makes it easier to keep the complete source document while creating smaller files for sharing or organization.
Double-check the selected page numbers before creating the new PDF, especially when extracting important forms, contracts or multi-page documents.
Privacy and file handling
