About PDF Merger
PixelCanvas Studio's PDF Merger combines multiple PDF files into a single document. It is useful when separate reports, scanned pages, forms, invoices or other PDFs need to be kept together in one file.
How to merge PDF files
- Upload two or more PDF files.
- Arrange the files in the desired order.
- Remove any PDF you do not want to include.
- Select Merge PDFs.
- Review the merge summary.
- Download the combined PDF.
Why merge PDFs?
Combining related files can make documents easier to send, archive and organize. For example, several pages or supporting documents can be kept together instead of being shared as separate attachments.
File order matters
The merged document follows the order displayed in the tool. Move files up or down before merging so the final document begins and ends with the pages you expect.
Use clear filenames before uploading when possible. Names such as “01-cover.pdf”, “02-report.pdf” and “03-appendix.pdf” can make large merge jobs easier to organize.
Privacy and file handling
The intended production workflow can merge PDFs directly in the browser using a client-side PDF library. Selected files do not need to be uploaded to a server for that workflow. Review the PixelCanvas Studio Privacy Policy for the site's broader analytics, advertising and data practices.
