About Photo to PDF

PixelCanvas Studio's Photo to PDF tool combines image files into a single document. It is useful for turning scanned photos, receipts, forms, notes and other image collections into a PDF that is easier to share, store or print.

How to use Photo to PDF

  1. Upload one or more JPG, PNG or WebP images.
  2. Drag or use the order controls to arrange the pages.
  3. Choose a page size and orientation.
  4. Select the page margins.
  5. Create and review the PDF preview.
  6. Download the finished PDF.

Page size and orientation

A4 and Letter are common document sizes, while A5 is useful for smaller documents. Portrait is generally suited to pages that are taller than they are wide; landscape is useful for wide images and documents. Check the destination's requirements when a specific paper size is required.

Margins and image layout

Margins create space between the image and the page edge. Larger margins can make printed documents easier to handle, while no margins maximize the available page area. Images are fitted within the page area while preserving their proportions.

Tip:

Before creating a PDF from many photos, put the images in the order you want. The page order in the PDF follows the file order shown in the tool.

Privacy and file handling

PDF generation is performed locally in the browser using a PDF generation library loaded by this page. The selected images are processed on your device and do not need to be uploaded to a PixelCanvas Studio application server for the PDF creation workflow. Review the PixelCanvas Studio Privacy Policy for the site's broader analytics, advertising and data practices.
